Double Visuals provides photography and videography services including but not limited to:

• Event photography
• Portrait photography
• Commercial photography
• Videography services
• Photo editing and retouching

3. Booking and Payment

Our booking and payment terms include:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due before the delivery of final images/videos
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Additional charges may apply for extra services

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

Regarding the use of our work:

• Double Visuals retains copyright of all images and videos
• Clients receive personal usage rights
• Commercial usage requires additional licensing
• Images may be used in our portfolio unless specified otherwise

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Our delivery terms:

• Standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks
• Rush delivery may be available for additional fees
• Digital delivery is standard unless otherwise specified
• Physical products may incur additional charges

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy:

• 48-hour notice required for cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Rescheduling may be possible based on availability
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled

7. Liability

Double Visuals is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injuries during photo/video sessions
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Delays due to weather or other natural causes
